Job Description: Team Member
Team member’s purpose is to keep buildings in an orderly condition and clean. Duties to be performed include:
- Gathering debris and emptying trash to keep areas neat while replacing receptacles with trash bag liners.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and/or vacuum to keep building floors clean using provided equipment.
- Mix water and detergents (or acids) in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. While following all safety regulations.
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms with paper goods while sanitizing toilets, sinks, countertops, bathroom partitions, and/or urinals.
- Clean surfaces such as windows, glass partitions and mirrors, etc. using soapy water or other cleaners, with towels or squeegees to produce streak free surfaces.
- Rinse, wash, and polish kitchen equipment with provided detergents so that all gunk and debris is removed and ready for food preparation the following day (including but not limited to broilers, ovens, refrigerators, stoves, sinks, etc. as instructed)
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and adhere to time and quality requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year cleaning experience (preferred)
- Must be able to routinely bend at the knees
- Lift equivalent of 35lbs repeatedly
- Available to work holidays and weekends
- Have reliable transportation (car preferred)
- Pass 10 year background check and a drug test
Job Description: Shift Lead
Shift Lead's purpose is to run shifts from beginning to end in the absence of a Supervisor or Manager. They are expected to keep buildings in an orderly condition and clean as well as assist Supervisors in the daily duties. Duties to be performed include:
- Able to work with and lead a team.
- Clean surfaces such as windows, glass partitions and mirrors, etc. using soapy water or other cleaners, with towels or squeegees to produce streak free surfaces.
- Display professional conduct
- Maintain all equipment and inform Supervisor of broken or needed equipment.
- Mix water and detergents (or acids) in containers to prepare cleaning solutions, according to specifications. While following all safety regulations.
- Must be extremely trustworthy and reliable.
- Must have a strong sense of urgency and adhere to time and quality requirements.
- Must work at least 4 days a week.
- Rinse, wash, and polish kitchen equipment with provided detergents so that all gunk and debris is removed and ready for food preparation the following day (including but not limited to broilers, ovens, refrigerators, stoves, sinks, etc. as instructed)
- Service, clean, and supply restrooms with paper goods while sanitizing toilets, sinks, countertops, bathroom partitions, and/or urinals.
- Sign in and out staff for shifts when Supervisor not available.
- Sweep, mop, scrub, and/or vacuum to keep building floors clean using provided equipment.
Qualifications:
- 1 year cleaning experience (preferred)
- Ability to change and adapt with a growing company
- Available to work holidays and weekends
- Express a positive attitude at all times
- Have reliable transportation (car preferred)
- High school diploma or GED
- Lift equivalent of 35lbs repeatedly
- Must be able to routinely bend at the knees
- Must have strong communication skills
